Mr. Caliste 1914 - 2005, was a resident of L'esterre, Carriacou, Granada
and a prolific musician and artist. He recieved many awards including those
from the Governor of Barbados, Pres. George Bush and Queen Elizabeth. His
work has been exhibited world wide and is represented in many important
collections. around the world, including the Research Institute in New York,
the OAS Museum in Washington DC and the Pedro De Osma Museum in Lima, Peru. |
